MINISTRY POSITIONS
Below you’ll find a listing of the ministry positions for this Sunday. Locate the assignment that you’ve been given to read the instructions. Thanks for being willing to serve Jesus’ church!
- Be friendly and welcoming.
- Only one person signing in all the children.
- Sanitize your hands and children's hands before entering.
- Wear a mask when not teaching and singing.
- Do not use the infant side of the nursery, it has been cleaned and is sterile.
- If you need an item from the infant side (swing) move it to the toddler side and don't move it back until it has been cleaned after the service.
- Sanitizing will be done after all the children leave the room.
- Clean all toys, floors and counters, door knobs and handles after service.
- You will receive a helper at the end of service to help clean.
- Be friendly and welcoming.

- Clean all toys, floors, tables chairs, rails and handles, interior windows and window sills after service.
- You will receive a helper at the end of service to help clean.
- You will stand at the top of the atrium near the sidewalk.
- No hugging or handshaking, however be EXTRA with the waves and shakas.
- Be friendly and welcoming.
- Wear your mask at all times.
- This is the only entrance into the building, lobby door is exit only.
- If needed show people where to line up (markers on the ground).
- Assure them that each person is being checked in and the line will move quickly after the 1st service dismisses.
- Stay outside until 15 after.
- Wear a mask.
- Wear a vest.
- Use the parking sign.
- Wave, be friendly and welcoming.
- Use the Bernini parking lot then the street parking, then the fire lane if needed.
- There are no meter maids on our street on Sundays.
- Atrium is the only entry point into the Auditorium, lobby door is exit only.
- Stay outside until 15 after.
- Wear a mask.
- Stand at podium.
- Be friendly and welcoming.
- Check off each person as they arrive.
- Have them sanitize hands as they enter.
- Don't touch the door (have the door usher).
- Remind them no outside food or drink. Personal HydroFlask is allowed.
- They must have mask(unless health issues), give if needed.
- Stay outside until 15 after.

Twenty minutes after the service (8:20am & 10:20am), please hang the Stanchion Rope.

Unhook Stanchion Rope when ready to check in for 10am service.
- Wear a mask.
- Be friendly and welcoming.
- You are the only person who will touch the door for the entire service, this provides a touchless experience.
- Know who your seating ushers are for each section.
- Ask how many in your party.
- Ask them to wait until you direct them to a seating usher.
- Make contact using hand signals with seating usher on how many are in the party.
- Send them to the correct usher with that seating availability in that section.

Church doors are closed at 8:20 and 10:20 No one is allowed to enter after that time. Let them know they can wait in the Atrium until the next service

- Know your section and what seats are available.
- Look to Auditorium Door Usher for a hand signal number request.
- Lead guests to the correct seats in your section.
- Seat Guests 3 chairs apart if different households.
- Dismiss attendees by sections.
- After the 10am service, dismiss those without children first. Those picking up children should be dismissed last.
- Direct attendees to exit thru the Super Church room and out the lobby door.
- Atrium will be closed as an exit.
- Stay in your position till the Auditorium is empty and only the cleaning team remains.
- Wear a mask.
- Be friendly and welcoming.
- Stand at the door until service starts, then sit right next to door the entire service.
- Sit on the side of the door that opens, leave the other side locked at all times.
- Do not allow anyone to open or touch the door, you are the only person to open the door to give a touchless experience .
- Remember during the service to close the door as discreet as possible.
- No one is allowed to go past the red sign during the 8am service. If this happens please call for the person to return and follow the signage.
- Following the 8am service, move the stop sign outside the bathroom to the green side and place it by the other door headed into the lobby after the service, before dismissal.
- During the 10am service only those with children and a bathroom emergency should enter this door.
- After the 8am and 10am services open the door and hold it for people to exit, do not allow them to touch or hold the door.
- There is only one exit out thru the lobby. Atrium doors will not be used as an exit.
- Stay at the door until the auditorium is empty and only the cleaning team remains.
- Wear a mask.
- Be friendly, Say goodbye, wave, shoot shakas, thank them for coming, say see you next week.
- Both ushers will stand by the back door that leads tot he Super Church Classroom.
- One will hold the basket.
- When the auditorium is empty and only the cleaning team remains, take the offering together to the office and proceed as normal.
- Only you have scheduled to handle money, not all have been approved for this position. If you can't fulfill this duty please see Thatcher for a replacement don’t replace yourself.

- Be friendly, say goodbye, wave and shoot shakas.
- Thank them for coming.
- Say things like "See you next week."
- Hold the door open.
- Don't allow others to touch or open the door, this allows for a touchless experience.
- This is the only exit, don't allow anyone one to reenter the building.
- If they forgot something have it retrieved by someone who is still in the building.
- There are 2 vacuums, one plug-in located in the janitors closet and one cordless located on the wall in the far corner of the auditorium.
- After 8am service vacuum main auditorium and rug only.
- After 10am service vacuum auditorium, rug, Super Church room, lobby rug.
- After 8am Only the back bathroom.
- After the 10am service both bathrooms.
- Restock toilet paper and or paper towels if needed.
- Clean sink and mirrors with Windex.
- Wipe counter, rails, baby changer and door knobs.
- Wipe down toilet with Lysol Wipes.
- Scrub the bowl with brush and cleaner.
- Take out trash and replace with clean bag.
- Mop floors with the red mop labeled 'Bathroom Mop'.
- Wipe all entry and exit door handles with Clorox wipe.
- See Thatcher for wipes.
- Use bleach spray bottles and rags assigned to you.
- Don't spray toys, Spray the rag and then use on toys and surfaces.
- Wipe down all toys floors and surfaces.
- Put rag back into the correct bag and seal bag.
- Once the lobby is empty and only cleaning team remains.
- Use blue dust mop in the janitors closet.
- Dust mop the lobby and shake (low to ground, so you don't spread dust) on to the rug. It will get vacuumed by the vacuum team.
- Once the lobby is empty and only cleaning team remains.
- Use the red mop marked 'Lobby Mop' in the janitors closet.
- Wet the mop well and mop the entire lobby.
